Fiesta Sangria (Holiday Cranberry-Raspberry Sangria)

Sangria is a favorite any time of year, but you can
make it extra-special for the holiday season. Here is a fruity version based on
the authentic Spanish recipe but jazzed up for the holidays. This is sure to be
a winner.

cranberry-raspberry juice
1 (750-ml bottle) good
fruity zinfandel
2 cups lemon-lime soda
(such as 7UP)
1 1/2 cups freshly
squeezed orange juice
8 lime slices
8 lemon slices
8 orange slices
1/2 cup fresh
cranberries
1/2 cup fresh
raspberries
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cointreau
2 tablespoons
grenadine
1/4 cup freshly
squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup freshly
squeezed lime juice

8 large wineglasses

Stir wine, soda, orange juice, lime slices,
lemon slices, orange slices, cranberries, raspberries, brandy, sugar,
Cointreau, grenadine, lemon juice and lime juice in large pitcher to combine.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Fill 12 large wineglasses with ice cubes.
Divide sangria among glasses. Garnish each glass with remaining lime and lemon
slices and serve.
